Terms of Use – Labor Relations Network

These Terms of Use describe the rules for using LaborRelationsNetwork.com, the Labor Relations Network website and directory (“LRN”). LRN is operated by GRM Media Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), which is the legal website operator. Our public contact method is email at contact@laborrelationsnetwork.com. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not use the website or submit material to it. Any future account or paid service may require a separate affirmative agreement before use.

1. An informational directory

LRN is an independent, informational directory that helps employers research management-side labor-relations consultants, management-side attorneys and specialized advisers. Browsing is free. We provide directory information, links and any resources that have been released following review. LRN is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation, determine which professional you should hire, or guarantee a provider’s work.

A listing, category, source check or ownership claim is not a certification of competence, professional licensing, legal compliance, availability or fitness for your needs. LRN is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NLRB, the U.S. Department of Labor, FMCS or another government agency merely because it links to or discusses that agency.

2. Profile accuracy and provider selection

Profiles may be assembled from publicly available sources and information reviewed from business representatives. Information can change, and the directory is not a comprehensive list of every provider. Confirm services, fees, current availability, geographic coverage, credentials, conflicts and engagement terms directly with the provider before relying on a profile.

State filters reflect documented service coverage. Headquarters, office addresses, past client locations and broad geographic descriptions do not establish current coverage for every state. An empty result does not mean that no suitable provider serves your location. Search categories and industry tags organize information; they do not recommend a particular provider.

Any engagement is between you and the provider under a separate agreement. Contacting a provider through a directory link does not make LRN a party to that agreement or create an attorney-client, consultant-client or other professional relationship with LRN.

3. Resources and calculators

Articles, checklists, data tables and calculators are for general information and planning. They are not legal, tax, financial or individualized employment advice. Laws, agency procedures and business circumstances vary and change. Consult appropriately qualified advisers about your situation, and verify any filing or contractual deadline independently.

Calculator outputs depend on your inputs and the stated model. They are estimates, not forecasts, valuations or guaranteed savings. The bargaining planner compares independent one-year scenarios; it does not model a compounded multiyear contract. Downloads may become outdated after you save them.

Do not use this site to identify employees for unlawful discrimination, retaliation, interference with protected activity or another unlawful purpose. Do not submit confidential employee or legal case information to LRN.

4. Accounts, claims and profile changes

Public ownership claiming is currently closed. Existing controlled accounts do not open public registration or authorize others to claim a company. Account credentials must be kept private; do not use another person’s account or try to access or change a listing without authorization.

If claiming is opened later, a claim will be a request for permission to manage a profile, subject to verification and administrator review. Approval concerns directory access, not legal ownership of the company or endorsement of its services. An account or claim does not automatically approve publication, confer sponsorship or give editing rights over unrelated listings.

You must have authority to submit changes for a business, provide accurate information and avoid impersonation. LRN may decline a claim, request clarification, correct or withhold content, or revoke profile-management access when authority is disputed, information is inaccurate or access is misused. These administrative actions do not decide legal ownership disputes between third parties.

5. Sponsored listings and payments

Paid enrollment is currently closed. Featured and Premium are planned sponsorship options; they are not currently available for public checkout or purchase. These terms do not enroll you in a subscription or authorize a charge.

If sponsorships are launched, sponsored placements will be identified as Sponsored and kept distinct from the ordinary alphabetical directory results. Payment will not replace editorial approval or establish expertise, quality, licensing, endorsement or guaranteed service coverage. Sponsorship does not guarantee impressions, inquiries, clients, rankings, exclusivity or results.

Future pricing, placement commitments, billing, renewals, cancellation, refunds and plan changes must be presented and agreed in separate reviewed purchase terms before enrollment opens. Prepared activity reports count browser events and are not proof of unique visitors, qualified leads, completed calls or emails sent.

6. Submitted content and intellectual property

Submit only material you are authorized to provide. When you specifically submit business content for a public profile, you give GRM Media Holdings LLC nonexclusive permission to reproduce, format, edit for clarity and accuracy, and display that content for operating the directory. This permission does not turn private claim evidence or private correspondence into public profile content. Do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights or reveals confidential information.

Business names, logos and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and does not by itself imply affiliation or endorsement. You may use released worksheets for your own business planning, subject to any stated third-party conditions. Do not claim authorship of LRN material or sell a copy of the directory as your own product.

7. Acceptable use and website access

Do not bypass access controls, submit malicious code, impersonate a business, send spam, make fraudulent claims, harvest contact details for unlawful use or interfere with the website. Respect applicable law and the rights of others. LRN may restrict abusive access or suspend compromised accounts to protect the service. These rules do not limit legally protected activity or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Site features and availability may change. A business profile can be corrected, withheld or removed as part of editorial review. No promise is made that a particular page, profile or feature will remain available indefinitely.

8. External services and privacy

External websites and providers operate under their own policies. LRN does not control their content, security, communications or services. A telephone or email link opens your calling or email application; LRN does not receive the content merely because the link was clicked.

Our Privacy Policy describes the website’s information practices. Do not provide payment information through directory email. No active payment checkout is offered in the current release.

9. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. LRN does not warrant that profiles or resources are complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GRM Media Holdings LLC, as operator of LRN, is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business opportunities arising from use of directory information, calculator estimates or independently selected provider services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes and contact

The effective date appears at the top of this page. Material changes require any notice or agreement required by applicable law. Future paid services will not be activated by silently changing these terms.
