Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 22, 2026
Labor Relations Network (“LRN”) is a website and directory operated by GRM Media Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) at LaborRelationsNetwork.com. LRN provides an informational directory of employer-side labor-relations consultants, management-side attorneys and specialized advisers. This policy describes information handled through our website and related directory correspondence. It does not cover a listed provider’s separate services or website.
Operator: GRM Media Holdings LLC. Our designated public contact method for privacy questions, personal-information requests and corrections is email: contact@laborrelationsnetwork.com.
1. Current services and features
You can browse the directory without an account. Public ownership claiming and paid sponsorship enrollment are closed. Stripe is inactive, and the website does not currently offer a payment checkout or subscriptions for purchase. Existing administrator and controlled test accounts are used to prepare and verify account features. A future launch of claims, payments, marketing or additional tracking requires a review of this notice before those features open.
2. Information we receive
- Directory research and business profiles. We collect publicly available professional information from business websites and other identified sources, including business names, service descriptions, industries, documented service coverage, office information, public business telephone numbers, business email addresses and website links. We also retain source references and editorial review notes. A public business contact can still identify an individual.
- Messages and correction requests. If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, attachments you choose to send and associated email information. You may also provide your name, business role and the profile or issue you want us to review.
- Accounts and ownership review records. For existing accounts, the website stores account identifiers, username, email address, password authentication information, role and any profile information supplied. Controlled ownership tests also create listing and claimant references, submitted evidence, administrator decisions, ownership history, decision reasons and notification status. Claim review information is distinct from information approved for a public company profile.
- Technical request information. Hosting and site services receive information needed to deliver and protect the website, which can include IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, time of access and referring page. Search selections appear in the page URL and can therefore appear in browser history, shared links and server request logs. The providers’ log and backup settings affect what is retained.
Please do not send employee case files, union-membership lists, medical information, Social Security numbers, identity documents, passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive material through directory correspondence. The directory is not a confidential legal intake channel.
3. How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure the website, research and maintain directory profiles, evaluate corrections and authorized profile access, communicate about requests and accounts, investigate misuse, and maintain records of editorial and administrative decisions. Only information intended and approved for a public business profile is included in that profile; a private claim submission is not itself a public listing.
Sending an email about a directory issue does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize a marketing campaign. Any future newsletter or marketing program needs its own reviewed collection and choice process.
4. Cookies, page assets and activity measurement
WordPress uses cookies for sign-in, authentication and account interface preferences. Browser controls can block or clear cookies; doing so may prevent account features from working. WordPress also uses browser storage for technical features such as checking emoji support. The website also uses hosting and caching services to deliver pages.
Hostinger Reach is disabled, and its marketing forms and external embed script are not enabled on this website. Disabling Reach does not remove information previously received by service providers or establish that the website is free of cookies, technical logging or other data processing. WordPress, hosting, caching, email and other site services may continue to process information as described in this policy.
LRN’s custom aggregate listing-activity collection is currently disabled. Its prepared reporting system counts profile/card views and clicks on website, telephone and email links by listing, date and placement. That custom counter does not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, user-agent strings or tracking cookies in its event table. Infrastructure logs and other software are separate. Counts would measure browser activity, not unique people, verified leads, completed calls or messages sent.
The prepared custom counter skips collection when supported Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are detected. It is currently off. This is a description of that counter, not a claim that every hosting or third-party service follows the same signal handling. Applicable opt-out duties and the behavior of external services must be confirmed before optional tracking is enabled.
5. Calculators and downloads
The current turnover and bargaining calculators perform their calculations in your browser. Their calculation code does not send the values you enter to LRN or save those values in browser storage. Calculator CSV files are generated in your browser from the displayed inputs and results. Downloading other worksheets or data files requests a file from the website, which can create ordinary hosting access records. Files you download, print, email or store elsewhere are under your control and may remain on your device.
6. Public information, service providers and external links
Published business profiles are publicly accessible and may be copied by others. Editorial approval alone does not publish a profile. Search-engine indexing is enabled separately when the production website is released. Public professional contact details are displayed so visitors can contact the provider directly. The presence of a profile does not mean the business has claimed it or endorsed LRN.
Hostinger provides website hosting, and Google Workspace is used for directory email. WP Mail SMTP routes website-generated email through the configured email service. WordPress and installed site software support account administration, email delivery, caching and security. These services process the information needed for their functions. Administrators can access information required to manage the website and review requests.
Website, telephone and email links in a provider profile direct you to that provider or your own calling/email application. The provider then handles information you give it under its own practices. LRN does not receive the contents of a call or email simply because you clicked one of those links. Linked third-party websites have their own terms and privacy notices.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal process. Any additional sale, sharing, referral, advertising-data arrangement or materially different use must be assessed and described before it begins; this policy does not authorize such arrangements.
7. Retention and security
Business profiles, account details and editorial or ownership review records are stored in WordPress. Changes to a listing’s visibility or a user’s access do not necessarily delete associated review records. Email, hosting logs, deleted items and backups have separate service and account settings. Removing a live record does not necessarily remove copies from backups, previously downloaded files or third-party search results.
The website uses HTTPS and access-controlled administration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not treat a directory account or email exchange as a secure repository for confidential employment or legal material.
8. Questions, corrections and privacy requests
Email GRM Media Holdings LLC at contact@laborrelationsnetwork.com to ask about information associated with you or your business, request a correction, or request access or deletion where applicable. Identify the relevant profile or account and explain your request. Do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification method has first been agreed.
We may need to verify your relationship to the information before acting. You can also use this email to report a suspected privacy or account-security issue; do not send passwords or other secrets. Requests are subject to applicable law, the rights of others and any recordkeeping requirements. Not every item about a business is personal information, and publicly available business information may be treated differently under different laws. Account closure and public company-profile corrections are separate requests; closing a user account does not automatically remove a business profile.
9. Intended audience and locations
The site is intended for adults researching business services, not for children. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. The directory focuses on United States employer services. Hosting and email providers may process information in locations where they operate; this notice does not promise that all data remains in a particular state or country.
10. Changes to this policy
The effective date appears at the top of this page. Material changes to data collection or use require review and any notice or consent required by applicable law. A later policy change does not itself authorize undisclosed retroactive use of previously collected information.
